I think I can express myself better now.
Things I like:
1.Fluttershy's expression shows how shy and quiet she is. Very good job capturing her character there!
2. Even though it is hard to miss, you still put in the cutie mark---good job, because it seems like one could either cover it up or forget to place it in a picture with so much contrast in it like this one.
3. The hair is detailed, nice, and looks similar to manga or anime hair; I think it looks quite well done. Speaking of which, the tiny ladybug is a cute touch, and really goes well with her love of animals and gentleness. I especially appreciate that you took the extra time and care to include the ladybug in here.
Things that could be fixed:
1. I figure you wanted a picture with stark contrast, but this is a bit too stark---the pure black seems to cut part of her tail and the grass, which is confusing because I can't tell if her tail is causing the darkness somehow or if the darkness is hiding her tail. I just moved my laptop screen and I saw for the first time that you had a tree in the background... wow. Okay, I think the contrast may not be TOO bad now, but that piece of darkness cutting across that curl in her tail is still confusing me; is it supposed to be a plant?
2. I know this is a picture with high contrast, but her hair is too red. It should be a dark pink, not a red-pink color. You got the movement and the texture of the hair pretty well, but the color is too red to be Fluttershy.
3. I am fascinated by how you did the lightling, but I think that ray of... sunshine or whatever, is a bit too yellow. Fluttershy is already yellow, why not make it a pale yellow light instead of a bright yellow one to bring out Fluttershy instead of consume her? What I mean is that this light is lovely, but it almost swallows Fluttershy by blending in with her in certain places, and distracts from Fluttershy's color, making it look like Fluttershy isn't really yellow, it's just the light making her look yellow.
